Description
Dr. Karnes is a urologist at Mayo Clinic’s Rochester campus treating bladder cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, recurrent cancer, testicular cancer and ureteral cancer. Dr. Karnes has performed robotic prostatectomies, urine cytology tests and is interested in recurrent and advanced urologic cancers; bladder cancer urine markers, treatment and surgery including reconstruction and replacement; localized and advanced kidney cancer; and nerve sparing, testicular, penile and urethral cancers. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. U.S. News & World Report consistently ranks Mayo Clinic among the top hospitals for Cancer in the nation.
