Steve R. Ommen, M.D., is a cardiologist at Mayo Clinic, and is the medical director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic, the largest and longest continuous single center specializing in HCM. He has been actively engaged in clinical research for patients with HCM for over two decades. His clinical interests include hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and valvular heart disease. Dr. Ommen has been honored with awards for clinical care, individual excellence, team excellence, and recently was named one of the top 15 digital health executives in the U.S.
